Gather your hens hens and pack up your wellies because a weekend of hen party glamping at our exclusive hen camp awaits!
Since 2018 we’ve been working in conjunction with Hillside Campsite to bring you our dedicated hen camp.
Located just on the outskirts
At hen camp, you can enjoy your whole hen party experience. You can drink wine, chat, laugh and play games without the privacy issues that you would have on a public campsite.
Please do remember that it is a campsite though, we’re not a wild party venue and if you’re looking for a raucous weekend – it’s not for you.
It’s perfectly positioned for hens who want a glamping experience, to get outside and have fun, but also have the option of heading into a city for a night out.
If hen camp is fully booked over your preferred dates, or you have your own venue, or would like to look at private venue hire, where you might be able to party later, then please look at our mobile hen party options.
There are two separate glamping hen party areas on the site: Tropic and Tribe.
Each camp is in its own 1 acre paddock, and like our mobile bell tent hire, you’ll arrive to find your hen camp all set-up and ready for the celebration.
Because hen camp is set up from April – September each year we’re able to provide you with some extras you won’t find included in our mobile bell tent hire service,
In 2021 we built the kitchen ‘huts’. Each hut contains your fridge and freezer, as well as lots of worktop space, shelving, and all your plates, glasses, mugs, etc… It means more room in the chill out bells as we’ve moved all of this out, and more space to prep your food and drinks.
The bell tent camp:
£1650 for the weekend with bedding
£1375 without bedding
+ £250 returnable damage waiver.
Campsite charges: £55 per person for the 2 nights paid directly to Hillside
Maximum group size: 15
Tribe is made up of 4 of our cream 5m bell tents for sleeping AND a cream 6m chill out bell – giving you an undercover communal space to eat and play games.
Tribe is currently going on Safari.
Think animal prints, leafy plants and lux!
The Tribe may be smaller but the love is enormous! 
The bell tent camp:
£2250 for the weekend with bedding
£1900 without bedding
+ £250 returnable damage waiver.

Tropic is the larger of the 2 hen camp glamping areas and is made up of 5 of our cream 5m bell tents AND a cream 7m bell tent as the chill out lounge.
The 7m bell tent will hold 30 people, so as a group of 20 you’ve got plenty of space to enjoy your bell tent hen party!

** Please be aware in previous years, Tropic has consisted of coloured bell tents. Due to these being discontinued, from 2022 the tents will be cream.

The maximum group size for hen camp is 20 people. You can’t bring extra tents yourselves, or sleep people on the floors in the sleeping tents, or in the chill out bells!

Check in is from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out is at 12pm on the day of your departure.
We’ve handpicked some activities that are close to camp and firm favourites with previous hen groups – and also some local suppliers who can run workshops on site for you.
Shake it down with some Bollywood dancing, chill out on the water with SUP, wear yourselves out with an aqua assault course, or head back to camp to have a BBQ or Pizza prepared for your group.
Strippers aren’t allowed on site at any time.
Booking is easy! Drop us an email and we will send you a link to the booking page.
When we send you the link we’ll reserve the date for 24 hours.
Money is often the hardest part of arranging any hen party. Because we want this to be as stress free as possible we only take a 25% deposit at booking.
The balance isn’t due until 28 days before the date, and we will invoice you when it becomes due.
At the same time you will receive an invoice directly from Hillside for the balance of your campsite fees.
If you would like to pay in instalments please just ask.
As you’ll have seen above under the costs section there is also a returnable damage deposit per camp area.
Damage deposits are in case the camp or it’s contents are damaged during your stay.
We have reduced this for 2023 to a set £250 our camp.

For the more energetic hens book yourself in for an hours session on the Webit aqua assault course (we tried it, it’s amazing)
Fancy something a bit more sedate? SUP (stand up paddle boarding) is available too at the New Forest Water Park.
Located approx. 10 minute for Hillside it’s easy to get there and has been a HUGE hit with other hen groups.
Another favourite with previous hen groups. Go Ape at Moors Valley is located just 7 miles away from Hillside.

If relaxing on your hen weekend is more up your street then book yourself (or the whole group) in for a massage.
With a range of treatments available including Aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage, Ayurvedic non-surgical facelift massage and much more.
We think this would be a great option for any mums to be that are camping, aunties, hens mum or grandmothers that might not be so keen on jumping around at the Water Park!

Bournemouth is only a 30 minute drive away from camp – head out for a night in the pubs and clubs, a stroll along the seafront, a bit of shopping – whatever!
No designated driver required – book yourselves a minibus back. Hens have previously have used Paragon – a local firm.
We’re now able to offer pottery workshops through the Touring Potter, who can come to you at camp.

Wilderness Survival Skills have courses for 2 -3 hours which are ideal for outdoor loving hens.
