Single duvet pack- £25

All bedding packs contain pillow and case, minimum 13.5 tog duvet with cover and bottom fitted sheet.
Beds will be made up ready for you.

How does booking work?
/ Important information

It’s really simple – fill in the booking form below and send it back to us. Don’t panic about your form not being received – it will tell you underneath if the form has been sent successfully and you will also receive an automatic email when you submit this. Do keep an eye on your junk box – they can often land there.

When you’ve sent your form back we will email you an invoice for the 25% deposit.

After that you won’t hear from us until approx 28 days before the event when we’ll send you over the final invoice for the remaining 75% balance.

A few days before the event we will issue you with a tent name so you know which is yours on the day.

Damage

Whilst we have removed the previous requirement for a damage waiver of £100 per tent, in the event that there is any damage to our stock or additional cleaning required (this includes replacement bedding due to mud) you will be invoiced for this after we have collected the tent.

If we have to clean up any bodily fluids you will charged an immediate cleaning charged of £100.
