Single duvet pack- £25
Double duvet pack – £40
All bedding packs contain pillow and case, minimum 13.5 tog duvet with cover and bottom fitted sheet.
Beds will be made up ready for you.
How does booking work?
/ Important information
It’s really simple – fill in the booking form below and send it back to us. Don’t panic about your form not being received – it will tell you underneath if the form has been sent successfully and you will also receive an automatic email when you submit this. Do keep an eye on your junk box – they can often land there.
When you’ve sent your form back we will email you an invoice for the 25% deposit.
After that you won’t hear from us until approx 28 days before the event when we’ll send you over the final invoice for the remaining 75% balance.
A few days before the event we will issue you with a tent name so you know which is yours on the day.
Damage waivers
Unfortunately sometimes things get broken or damaged.
Up until January ’23 we have always taken a returnable £100 damage waiver per tent in case of this occurring.
However, we’re conscious that with the rising costs of utility bills, having to find an extra £100 might make the difference between whether guests can book, so we have removed this requirement.
Should your tent be damaged during your stay, you will be invoiced for any additional cleaning or any stock we might need to replace.
If we have to clean up vomit or other bodily fluids there is an immediate cleaning charge of £100.
It is rare this happens!
