VARIOUS VENUES ACCROSS SUSSEX & SURREY
Fiesta Fields is an outdoor wedding and events company, representing a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces dotted across Surrey and Sussex, including exclusive access to idyllic Surrey Wildlife Trust sites.
With seven scenic venues we hope one of them will be perfect for your wedding, special celebration or glamping party.
GLAMPING AT FIESTA FIELDS
We’ve been working with Fiesta Fields to provide on site luxury glamping since they started and in our humble opinion they are the go to girls for field hire!
Bell tent villages can be set up to accommodate upto 300 guests.
For information on weddings please see our weddings page.
This venue offers a beautiful and peaceful waterside setting on a working deer farm.
The farm creates a relaxed and tranquil vibe, perfect for celebrating your wedding or any kind of special event surrounded by idyllic and peaceful countryside.
Overnight camping/glamping is possible.
Located just 15 minutes from Horsham. Maplehurst Farm offers good road and rail links.
Available each year for dates from June onwards.
Is a beautiful, idyllic and secluded valley, surrounded by trees on all sides. Stretched out along a lovely section of the meandering River Wey, this venue could offer distinct areas for guest parking, camping and your party tent.
Just outside the centre of Godalming, it combines the peace and quiet of the countryside with the excellent transport links of the A3 and accommodation of Godalming and Guildford. Available each year for dates up until the end of June.
Another of our Surrey Wildlife Trust venues, Phoenice Fields is within the beautiful reserve of Norbury Park, which lies within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The reserve is made up of a mixture of woodland, grassland and various areas of farmland.
Access is from the Trust car park and it’s a lovely scenic drive in as you get further away from the road into your very own patch of beautiful and secluded countryside. It’s a large site with plenty of room for guest parking, camping and your main party tent of course.
This venue is just outside Leatherhead, so is ideally located for access from London, Surrey and Berkshire.
Is secluded and surrounded by trees and, well, hidden. There is a nearby spot that offers the perfect outlook for an outdoor blessing, then head down into the valley for your reception.
Hidden Valley is also walkable from the local church where it is possible for couples from outside the parish to marry. It’s also perfect for glamping or family festivals and history buffs will love the WWII shelter.
Access can be via a pretty walk through Bluebell Wood, decorated with bunting or take the more direct route from the parking area. This venue offers great flexibility and distinct areas to use for tipis/marquees, bell tents, outdoor games and blessing/ceremony.
Situated in the Surrey Hills just 10 minutes south of Dorking, Spirit Lake is ideally placed for guests travelling from Kent, East and West Sussex as well as Surrey.
The site offers secure parking, mains power and water supply.
PUKS OAK BARN
Surrey Wildlife Trust are now offering the intimate and unique Pucks Oak Barn.
Set in a peaceful apple orchard, there is suitable space to set up a single tipi or 8m sq marquee, which could accommodate up to 50 people.
Cut pathways through the orchard will allow your guests to enjoy the beauty of the spot and the little woodland clearing would be perfect for a woodland blessing. There is a small barn on site, which offers power, water and toilet facilities as well as a small kitchen.
Set in the heart of Compton, Surrey, with easy access from the A3, Pucks Oak Barn is easily accessible from Hampshire, London and the M25 and offers something a bit different for anyone planning a smaller wedding or special party.
One of our Surrey Wildlife Trust venues, Staffhurst Wood offers a westerly facing peaceful and secluded field, surrounded on all sides by beautiful ancient woodland. The wood is a fragment of the old ‘Wildwood’ that once covered much of Southern England and dates back to Saxon times. Access is via a footpath through this scenic wood (feel free to take a detour past the beautiful woodland pond). And if you decide on a date in April/early May you will be in for a treat when the bluebells put on their stunning display. Parking can be within the field itself, or you may choose to transfer your guests by bus.
This venue is on the eastern border of Surrey. With its proximity to the M25 and M23 it is also easily accessible from London, Kent, East and West Sussex.
