Pop up glamping at Compton Farm
With 2021 being the year of the staycation, never has there been a more perfect time to explore the beauty of the South Downs, and the countryside and beaches of West Sussex and Hampshire and go glamping in West Sussex.
For 56 days this summer, we bring our award winning glamping to Compton Farm, where we have 10 of our Touareg tents ready pitched for your holiday, or short stay at this beautiful pop up campsite in West Sussex.
With hot showers, toilets and washing up stations on site, we’ve added a bit of luxury under canvas for you to enjoy in our canvas cottages for glamping in West Sussex.
The Witterings is adjust over 30 minute drive from site, as is Hayling Island, if you’re fancying a beach day with the children, and the South Downs is close by for walking, riding or cycling.
Why choose us?
This isn’t our first rodeo! We’ve been glamping our way around campsites in west Sussex for 8 years, so we know one end of a tent peg from the other much more importantly what makes campers happy!

Will you be on site?
We won’t, but you will have Mel and James from Compton Farm not far away should you need them. Check in is contactless – you will be issued your tent name a few days before you arrive.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. We have 3 tents allocated to be dog friendly. They do need to be well behaved dogs and they do need to be kept under control.
There is a £20 surcharge for dogs for the duration of your stay.
Do you take hen or stags or groups?
We don’t sorry – this is a quiet family and couples site.
What is the most amount of people we can sleep in a tent?
5. Tents as standard come made up for 4 people, but we can add an additional single camp bed if required.
Can we have a fire?
There will be a communal campfire for warming bums before bed!
