Whether you’re the sister of the bride, best friend, matron of honour, or even arranging your own hen party – we know it’s stressful. We’ve been there, done it and we have the T-shirt (literally).
And we’ve helped lots of other people do it too.
We’re a fully mobile bell tent hire service, perfect for hen party glamping, covering the Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey areas.
This means we can set up your bell tents wherever you want them.
That might be a campsite, a friend’s field, or if it’s big enough, your back garden.
AND, new from 2018, is our exclusive dedicated hen party camp at Hillside, on the outskirts of the beautiful New Forest.

Mobile hen party glamping
How it works is this … you decide where and when you want to hold your hen party, and how many bell tents you need.
We recommend you have four people to a 5m bell tent. You can increase this to five people, but four will give you more space for your hens and their belongings.

Please do bear in mind, hen party glamping is very popular.
The best way to avoid any stress is to organise your hens, your camp site and hire your bell tents well in advance of your chosen date.
Bigger bell tents for larger hen parties!
If you fancy a hen party dorm instead of individual tents then talk to us about hiring ‘The Taj Mahal’.
This is one of our range of 7m bell tents that will sleep ten people per tent!
Alternatively, this palatial space is ideal to keep the group together for the evening – all under one luxury canvas roof. For larger groups who want a comfortable chill out space, the Taj Mahal tent will hold up to 30 people seated.

Hen Party Bells
£234 per tent for 2 nights hire
Our full glamping packages are set in 5m bell tents – giving you ample room for 5 guests per tent.
As standard they come furnished with:
Full coir carpet
Camp beds for 5 guests with memory foam toppers
External solar lights
Bunting inside and out
Either choose to bring your own bedding, or hire from us.
Single bedding packs can be hired at £22.50 each and contain sheet, pillow, 13.5 tog duvets and cover. We even make the beds up for you!
Chill Out Bells
£250 per 5m chill out bell for 2 nights hire
It might rain. We really hope it doesn’t. But it might.
Chill out bells offer you a communal ‘lounge’ for eating together, playing games or somewhere to shelter from the rain.
If you have early risers in your group it means they can escape the sleeping tents in the morning without disturbing others, or those who go to bed earlier can do so without halting the party.
5m chill out bells will accommodate approx. 10 – 14 people and as standard they come furnished with:
Full coir carpet and rugs
Selection of floor cushions and bean bags
A basket of blankets
Bunting inside and out
Fairy lights inside and out
Tea light chandelier with LED tea lights
Bunting inside and out
If you require a larger chill out space we also offer these in a 7m bell tent that will accommodate approx. 30 people.

In addition to your tent hire cost there is also a damage waiver that will be returned to you within 48 hours of the tent being collected.
– For 5m bell tents this is £100.
– Emperor tents, 6m or 7m bell tents this is £200
You book and pay for your campsite with the campsite owner – our hire costs do not include your campsite pitch fees.
Our tips for successful hen party planning
Grab yourself a wing girl or wing boy.
Sometimes you need someone to bounce ideas with. And sometimes you just need someone to shout with.
Trying to arrange dates that accommodate 20 people is no easy task. It’s near on par with trying to wrestle a toddler into a car seat.
Anyway, the phrase ‘a load shared is a load halved’ is said for a reason. Split the jobs. Split the stress, and possibly make a new friend if it’s another hen you don’t really know!
Let’s be honest, most of us that check the screen time on our phones are pretty horrified at just how often we spend looking at them.
With that in mind utilise WhatsApp for a hen party group chat, or Facebook messenger. And if you’ve a member of the group who has managed to avoid both, then there is always the option of a group text message.
Keeping all the messages in one place makes it easy to check back for reference, and get any important info out to everyone in one go.
It’s the toughest bit. Everyone has different expenses and different pay dates.
Open an instant access savings account that you can close after the hen party weekend, and give everyone the details so they can pay in gradually and at their leisure.
Did you know we only take a 25% deposit at booking?
The balance is due 28 days before your hen party – so you have plenty of time to gather in the funds.
Don’t leave the food shopping to chance. You will end up with 15 tubs of dip and no milk.
Do a communal food shop (as an extra tip get everyone to pay a bit extra into your communal bank account to cover the food shop or extras over the weekend).
If you don’t fancy this, then give everyone a specific list of food to bring. Don’t forget the ice!
Do ask your venue if they are happy for a supermarket delivery to come to site.
